My
Before a reading begins, I sit in meditation to connect with my spirit team, THE SOUL KEEPERS.
I was told in 2006 to grab a pen & pad and within a few minutes, I had over 6 pages of handwritten information. I was told this would be the format that the guidance would come in.
I have honored that ever since & the process is really simple.
It sounds complex but it really isn't.

After meditation, I put on headphones & listen to my fav tunes: Adele, Maggie Rogers or whatever inspires me.
During this time, The Soul Keepers get to work! I just close my eyes & write word for word what they say.
(I actually asked if I could start typing messages because I type 90 words per minute!)
It is always such an honor to speak with them on your behalf.
